Admin/Account Assistant
Responsibilities:
1. Experience in handling basic accounts;
2. Handle invoices, payments vouchers and book keeping;
3. Maintain proper filing and keep sufficient accounting records;
4. Handle administration matters, including office purchases, upkeep and maintenance of office equipment and fixed assets;
5. Handle annual renewal for licenses and submission for EPF, Socso, EIS, Permit and etc;
6. Assist in performing other tasks and duties that may be assigned;
7. Liaise with auditors, tax agents;
8. Office administrative work;
9. Calculate & Prepare monthly salary;
10. Handle inventory (stock count and stock level monitoring & ordering);
11. Able to travel for work related matters;
12. Basic clerical work;
13. Manage social media accounts
Qualifications:
- SPM (with relevant experience), STPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to perform and be productive even under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Possesses at least 1 year relevant working experience
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Work with flexibility in a fast-moving environment and have own transport
