ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations.
- To maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- To analyse sales and customer relations reports, categorizing sales information and action plan, investigating and identifying solution to customer complaints.
- To supervise and maintains outlet staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- To assist Manager in coordinating staffs’ schedules, including shift changes and absences.
- To provide customer service by attending the enquiries (answering questions) about the menu items or suggesting items based on customer preferences.
JOB / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Business study or equivalent; or at least 2 years of experience in F&B or related field.
- Experience in Food and beverage industry will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and presentable.
- On the job training will be provided for the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
