  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all mechanical and electrical installations within construction project.

2. Responsible for ensuring that all M&E systems are installed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

3. Coordinate closely with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with overall construction activities.

4. Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that M&E installations meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

5. Monitor progress, identify potential delays or obstacles, and proactively implement strategies to keep the project on track.

6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

7. Any other duties assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum 3 years' experience as an M&E Supervisor or similar role in high-rise construction projects.

· Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

· Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with contractors, workers, and clients.

· Problem-solving skills to address and resolve site issues promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
