JOB DESCRIPTION

Policy Administration:

  • Assist in preparing, issuing, and renewing travel insurance policies
  • Maintain and update client records in the insurance database.
  • Verify and ensure all policy documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, policy terms, and benefits.

Claims Processing Support

  • Assist clients in filing travel insurance claims, ensuring all required documents are submitted
  • Coordinate with claims adjusters, insurers, and clients to facilitate smooth claims processing.
  • Monitor the status of claims and provide timely updates to clients.
  • Maintain records of claims and prepare reports for the team.

Customer Service

  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients via email, phone, or in person.
  • Address customer concerns regarding travel insurance policies or claims.
  • Guide clients on policy coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures.

Administrative Tasks

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records of policies and claims
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the travel insurance team.
  • * Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments for the department
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualification and Skills

  • High School , Diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurances or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role within the insurance or travel industry.
  • Familiarity with travel insurance policies,terms and claims processes.
  • Strong Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Insurance software systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
