JOB DESCRIPTION
Policy Administration:
- Assist in preparing, issuing, and renewing travel insurance policies
- Maintain and update client records in the insurance database.
- Verify and ensure all policy documentation is complete and accurate.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, policy terms, and benefits.
Claims Processing Support
- Assist clients in filing travel insurance claims, ensuring all required documents are submitted
- Coordinate with claims adjusters, insurers, and clients to facilitate smooth claims processing.
- Monitor the status of claims and provide timely updates to clients.
- Maintain records of claims and prepare reports for the team.
Customer Service
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients via email, phone, or in person.
- Address customer concerns regarding travel insurance policies or claims.
- Guide clients on policy coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures.
Administrative Tasks
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records of policies and claims
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the travel insurance team.
- * Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments for the department
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualification and Skills
- High School , Diploma or equivalent.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurances or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role within the insurance or travel industry.
- Familiarity with travel insurance policies,terms and claims processes.
- Strong Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Insurance software systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
