About the role
As a Content Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving our content strategy, creating compelling narratives, and delivering high-quality content that resonates with our B2B audience.
Your key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Growth team to develop a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's business goals and target audience
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Produce engaging and informative B2B content, including news and press releases, social media content, email marketing content, infographics, product documentation, testimonials and reviews, and other marketing collateral
- Translate complex concepts related to EdTech into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives
- Develop a deep understanding of our B2B audience personas, tailoring content to address their pain points, challenges, and needs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall business strategies
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights and technical information for accurate and impactful content creation
- Optimise content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic
- Analyse content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to enhance future content strategies
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice, style guidelines, and messaging
