Account Assistant
Looking for candidates to perform bookkeeping and perform day-to-day accounting tasks for the company including:
Recording of Sales
Recording of Purchases
Recording of financial transactions
Bank Reconciliation
Keeping track on the bills etc.
Preparation of salary payslips
Assist in general administrative tasks as needed*
Administrative Support:
Provide support to other departments (HR, Production)
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Address client/suppliers inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

- Are you familiar with with Xero/CBAL? But it is not mandatory.
- Are you Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience working with accounting software; Xero and CBAL (we are in the progress of migrating from CBAL to Xero)?
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
- Managing full sets of account: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
- Bahasa (Preferred)
