Looking for candidates to perform bookkeeping and perform day-to-day accounting tasks for the company including:

⁠ ⁠Recording of Sales

⁠ ⁠Recording of Purchases

⁠ ⁠Recording of financial transactions

⁠ ⁠Bank Reconciliation

⁠ ⁠Keeping track on the bills etc.

⁠ ⁠Preparation of salary payslips

⁠ ⁠Assist in general administrative tasks as needed*

Administrative Support:

⁠ ⁠Provide support to other departments (HR, Production)

⁠ ⁠Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.

⁠ ⁠Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

⁠ ⁠Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

⁠ ⁠Address client/suppliers inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay

  • Do you able to work soon?
  • Are you capable to work independently with minimal supervision?
  • Do you have a Good communication and interpersonal skills?
  • Are you familiar with with Xero/CBAL? But it is not mandatory.
  • Are you Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience working with accounting software; Xero and CBAL (we are in the progress of migrating from CBAL to Xero)?

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounts Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Managing full sets of account: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
