Accounts Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Finance team as a Contract Staff for Accounts Payable (AP) and Treasury Functions. The role will involve assisting in the day-to-day management of AP processes, as well as supporting treasury activities, including cash flow management, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing AP billing, payments, and filing
- Coordinating with vendors for payment-related inquiries and issues
- Assisting with financing and bank reconciliation activities
- Supporting monthly reconciliations and financial reporting
- Assisting with other tasks as needed within the AP and Treasury functions
- Experience in Auto count and SAP B1 would be an advantage for this role
General Finance Support:
· Assist with audits, tax filings, and other compliance-related tasks as required.
· Assist with preparing documentation and reports for management and stakeholders.
· Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements in AP and Treasury functions.
· Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Finance team as needed.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, or Finance functions. Experience in an international or multi-currency environment is a plus.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems). Knowledge of cash management and AP tools is a plus.

Working Conditions:
· This is a contract position, with an expected duration of one year.
· Full-time position with standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM).

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
