The Commercial Operations Analyst, APAC for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making and strategic planning. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical solutions that enhance business performance and operational efficiency.
This position is part of the Beckman Coulter APAC commercial operations located in Malaysia/Thailand/any other APAC countries. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Beckman Coulter APAC team and report to the Commercial Operations Director, APAC responsible for commercial operations oversight throughout the APAC region. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Become a subject matter expert in APAC data by learning and understanding the business, sourcing accurate data and developing both prescriptive and predictive analytics to help identify and resolve business challenges.
Ensure effective partnering with stakeholders on managing multiple data activities, while demonstrating flexibility and holistic thinking using a variety of tools and channels
Review process and identify improvement opportunities across key daily data analytic activities such as funnel management effectiveness, sales force impact etc
Monitor data quality and addressing any data-related issues in a timely manner.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in support of opportunities management, new product launches and forecasting.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for data-driven insights to drive effective funnel and pricing management.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
Familiar with analytics and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI
Experience in designing business processes for organization and knowledge in Excel to work on reports, CRM (i.e. SFDC) and/or ERP (i.e. Oracle), and data visualization tools
It would be a plus if you also possess:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and concisely.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
