Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting HR Manager in all HR administrative duties.
  • Assist in performing basic Finance & Accounts tasks such as:

i) Record & Update cash/credit sales;

ii) Sort and match invoices for payment

iii) Prepare payment list;

iv) To perform any adhoc duties or projects that may arise in the normal course of the company’s business endeavours.

Requirements:

  • Posses at least SPM, LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy/ Finance or any other related field;
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • A fast learner, meticulous, responsible and well organized;
  • Posses positive attitude to learn and progress;
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Basic administrative & data entry skills are required
  • Handling data entry task.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • To assist in the interview and hiring processes.
  • Coordinating and managing appointments, and meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
