- A) MAJOR DUTIES
- To monitor storage area while ensuring FIFO is implemented.
- To check for raw material freshness and within expiry date.
- To check all process is as per SOP and procedure.
- To monitor cleaning activity are done as per SSOP.
- To ensure finished good as per specifications
- To monitor and response to temperature issue for storage and production area
- To make sure raw material sent to store are within specification
- To ensure hygiene and sanitation is on high level including personnel.
- B) OTHER DUTIES
- Verify goods during receiving
- Assist in chemical control
- Assist in temperature monitoring
- To identify possible hazards for safety and food safety
- Assist in complaints investigation
- Assist in calibration program
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time
- Minimum SPM
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience in related field.
- Able to work with minimum Supervision
- Possess good communication skill with all levels of staffs
WORKING CONDITIONS (EG : COLOUR BLIND, WORK ON PUBLIC HOLIDAY / SHIFT)
- Able to work on shifts, Weekends and Public Holidays
- Able to work long hours should the need arises to complete any tasks assigned in the interest of the Company / Business
