Administrative Support

  • Manage daily replies, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both physical and digital.

    Communication & Coordination

    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Coordinate and assist in preparation of meeting materials.
    • Support team communications and ensure timely dissemination of information.

      Resource Management

      • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
      • Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain office equipment and facilities.
      • Make Claims and documentation accordingly.

        Data Management

        • Input, update, and maintain accurate records in databases and Lark master list.
        • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.

          Support for Projects and Events

          • Assist in organizing workshops and training sessions.
          • Provide administrative support for projects, including tracking progress and managing documentation.

            Compliance and Policies

            • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
            • Support HR and finance functions by managing documentation, claims, and employee records.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is an advantage.
  • Able to speak and write in English is a must.

    Skills

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other tools.

      Personal Attributes

      • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
      • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
      • Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

        Other Requirements

        • Knowledge of Canva is an advantage.
        • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
        • [Optional] Familiarity with education or tuition center operations is a plus.
