Administrative Support- Manage daily replies, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both physical and digital.
Communication & Coordination- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and assist in preparation of meeting materials.
- Support team communications and ensure timely dissemination of information.
Resource Management- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain office equipment and facilities.
- Make Claims and documentation accordingly.
Data Management- Input, update, and maintain accurate records in databases and Lark master list.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
Support for Projects and Events
Qualifications- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is an advantage.
- Able to speak and write in English is a must.
