Key Responsibilities:

Collection Fleet Coordination:

  • Recruit and onboard full-time and part-time drivers and helpers.
  • Arrange replacement or extra manpower to cover absences or increased workload.
  • Address any issues within the collection team, ensuring a supportive work environment.
  • Process and submit claims for parts, manpower, petty cash expenses such as petrol, toll, autopass and others.
  • Oversee lorry maintenance and repairs, including scheduling replacement lorries, sending vehicles to the workshop, applying for customs permits, renewing Autopass, and managing GSC cards.
  • Maintain and reorder essential operational supplies (consignment forms, wrapping materials, tools, trolleys).
  • Resolve supplier issues relating to property damage, policy clarifications, and applicable charges.
  • Compile and submit weekly and monthly reports on collection team working hours, number of suppliers engaged, and items collected, overtime, deductions, annual leave, and medical certificates (MC).

Operations Coordination:

  • Ensure inbound items are entered into our system properly as well as sorted and organised.
  • Act as primary contact for inbound deliveries.
  • Identify items needing repair, submit cost-of-repair reports, and create codes for repaired items.
  • Purchase spare parts and materials as needed.
  • Conduct site visits to supplier consignment locations to create product lists and schedule collections.

Outbound Coordination:

  • Oversee outbound deliveries, manage and process returns or damages claims.
  • Maintain communication with wholesale customers and conduct site visits for relationship building.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM level
  • Fresh graduate also welcome apply
  • Able speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Basic English proficiency for communication and reporting.
  • Healthy, able-bodied individual capable of warehouse work.
  • Valid GDL (Goods Driving License) is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
