Key Responsibilities
Fit Out Management
Coordinate fit out with property management, facilities management, all parties involved in fit outs, etc.
Ensure all fit out activities are performed in a manner consistent with documented policies, procedures and processes (legal, statutory, client and JLL)
Proactively manage fit out-related issues on account or assignment
Manage and monitor works
Ensure client satisfaction throughout the fit out management process
Work order and small project management, including but not limited to furniture reconfigurations and space enhancements
Incorporate safety and “best practices” into fit out projects
Adherence to fit out management schedule and budget
Ensure data accuracy within fit out management and CAFM systems
Administrative Support
Receive and process client fit out requests
Schedule meetings/conference rooms (including specifics), maintain calendars, etc. for fit out management team (primarily Managers and MAC Leads)
Help prepare/review new proposals as required
Ensure operations manual is in place and updated on account
Take meeting minutes and distribute to project team
Create and distribute fit out communications and labels to clients
Perform fit out day duties to include pre- and post-fit out inventory, furniture inventory, hanging fit out signage and supervising fit out.
Compare vendor/subcontractor invoices to purchase orders or subcontracts.
Perform data input into the CAFM system to maintain occupancy information.
Qualifications
0-3+ years practical experience.
Background in project management, construction management, architecture or project strategy planning
Knowledge of construction or commercial real estate industry.
Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts
Experience using a facilities management system
Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and Access).
