1. Responsible for employee attendance and leave statistics.

2. Responsible for employee personnel information management and maintenance of employee files.

3. Assist all departments to conduct performance appraisal and other tasks.

4. Responsible for implementation and improvement of employee entry, transfer, changes and other related policies and processes.

5. Responsible for employee onboarding procedures, the signing, renewal and management of labour contracts.

6. Responsible for new employees to carry out corporate system and culture training tasks.

7. Responsible for employees transfer, offboarding procedures, to assist the risk control inspection.

1、Proficiency in Mandarin is required, in addition with acceptable level of English.

2、Basic Human Resources knowledge (human resource management workflow and operation method) is preferred

3、Familiar with using MS Office software.

4、Understand the national labor laws and policies is preferred.

5、Attentive and responsible.

6、Accept alternate Saturday work.

  • Salary: (RM3500 - RM5000)
  • fixed allowance, Mobile allowance, and others (MYR1050/month)
  • Work hour 9am-7pm (lunch break 2hrs) Monday-Saturday(alternate Saturday)
