The System Support Executive will be responsible for supporting the department in installing machines at client sites and servicing any faulty hardware. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot issues independently and provide quality support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware Preparation & Installation: Prepare, verify, deliver, and install POS operation system hardware for clients.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide online or onsite support services, diagnosing and resolving hardware and network issues or malfunctions.
- Customer Image Data Implementation: Assist with customer image data implementations as needed.
- Ticket Management: Check, respond, and resolve tasks assigned via the ticketing system.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
- Education: Minimum Diploma level education in Computer & IT or related fields.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT hardware and software.
- Transport & License: Must have own transport; possessing a GDL (Goods Driving License) is an added advantage.
- Willingness to Travel: Willing to travel outstation as required.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
- Personal Attributes:
- Able to take initiative and demonstrate proactivity in resolving issues.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
