Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their needs.
    • Attending meetings, delivering presentations, and obtaining client approvals.
    • Following up on payments and visiting client sites when necessary.
  • Business Development:
    • Identifying and capitalizing on sales prospects to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
    • Networking and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy & Performance Reporting:
    • Collaborating with stakeholders for proposals and quotations.
    • Optimizing sales strategies to achieve targets.
    • Reporting on sales performance metrics and revenue forecasts.
  • Customer Feedback & Team Collaboration:
    • Soliciting and incorporating feedback from clients to enhance service delivery.
    • Working with the team to improve performance.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, with 1-2 years of experience, especially in maintaining client relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Added advantage for candidates with experience in System Integration (SI) or Point of Sales (POS) Systems.
  • Self-Motivation & Independence: Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical & Customer-Centric Approach: Strong analytical skills, data collection proficiency, and a customer-focused, proactive problem-solving mindset.
