The IT Senior Associate will provide hands-on support for network operations, security alerts, IT service requests, procurement, disaster recovery planning, and onsite event support. This role is an excellent opportunity to learn from senior IT professionals, gain hands-on experience across various IT domains, and grow within our IT Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Network Operations Center (NOC)

  • Monitor network performance and report issues to senior team members.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and document incidents in the system.
  • Assist in implementing network updates and improvements.

2.Security Operations Center (SOC)

  • Assist in monitoring security alerts and logging incidents.
  • Conduct preliminary security analysis and escalate significant threats.
  • Support in generating reports and documentation for security incidents.

3.IT Service Desk

  • Provide Level 1 support for end users, assisting with common IT issues.
  • Log and prioritize service requests and escalate complex issues.
  • Assist with remote support for offsite employees.

4.IT Procurement

  • Coordinate with vendors for quotes and deliveries of hardware and software.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets and assist in inventory management.
  • Support cost analysis and procurement activities as directed.

5.Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery

  • Assist in updating disaster recovery documentation and protocols.
  • Support backup procedures and help validate data integrity.
  • Participate in training and disaster recovery testing sessions.

6.Onsite Support for Events

  • Provide basic onsite IT support during company events, including setup and breakdown of technical equipment.
  • Assist with connectivity, audio/visual setup, and troubleshooting for event attendees.
  • Coordinate with senior team members to ensure all technical needs for events are met.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in IT support or a related field.

Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of network operations, IT security, and event support.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and service management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
