- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, timeline, and purchasing authority.
- Research potential customers to understand their industry, challenges, and buying signals.
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Use sales tools (CRM, email campaigns, etc.) to track and nurture leads.
- Follow up with leads, ensuring timely responses and maintaining consistent communication
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects and answer questions about solutions.
- Negotiate terms and pricing, close deals, and convert prospects into customers
- Handle objections and overcome challenges to drive sales to completion
- 1 - 2 years of working experience, preferable candidates have B2B sales experience and came from software or technology industry which sounds IT.
- Diploma or higher education in any area.
- Well spoken in English, Proactive and Outgoing.
- Able to build rapport/ Engage with customer with presentation.
- Able to make at least 50 phone calls per day.
