  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing strategy, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and generate high-quality leads for the sales team. Your key responsibilities will include:

Lead Management & Data Handling

  • Maintain and update lead databases, including Marketing Response Reports and Enquiry Databases.
  • Ensure all leads are accurately categorized and assigned for follow-up.

Social Media Engagement

  • Manage customer interactions across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp to build a strong online presence.
  • Respond to inquiries, monitor engagement, and grow our online community.

Lead Assignment & Follow-Up

  • Assign organic leads to the sales team promptly to maximize conversion opportunities.

Paid Advertising Strategy & Deployment

  • Plan, strategize, and execute Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads to generate high-quality leads.
  • Monitor ad performance and optimize for better reach and conversion.

Budget & Financial Coordination

  • Track ad spend and ensure campaigns remain within budget.
  • Work with finance teams to process timely payments for advertising expenses.

Vendor & Freelancer Coordination

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and freelancers for marketing-related tasks, including design, content creation, and technical support.

Basic IT & Website Support

  • Assist with minor IT-related tasks, including email accounts, website hosting, and server management.

Who We’re Looking For

️ 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or lead generation role.
️ Proven track record of running successful paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads experience is a must!).

️ Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for branding & digital marketing.
️ Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions.

️ Strong Communication skills with ability to engage with customers and team members professionally and efficiently.
️ Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-moving environment.
️ Tech-Savvy & comfortable working with IT systems, website platforms, and collaborating with external vendors.

️ Team Player that will be working closely with both marketing and sales teams, so collaboration and a team-first mindset are essential.
