Key Responsibilities

• Chargeback Management:
• Oversee the entire chargeback lifecycle, including reviewing, investigating, and resolving claims in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of chargeback cases and decisions.
• Customer Support:
• Communicate with customers to gather necessary information, explain chargeback outcomes, and address inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Provide guidance and support to customers on chargeback-related issues.
• Fraud Investigation and Risk Mitigation:
• Investigate suspicious activities, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for fraud incidents.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk management policies and procedures.
• Insights and Reporting:
• Deliver actionable insights to management to improve fraud prevention and chargeback reduction strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports on risk assessments, fraud incidents, and mitigation efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Soft Skills:
• Analytical Ability: 1-2 years of experience (required).
• Problem-Solving Capability: 1-2 years of experience (required).
• Technical Skills:
• MS Office (Intermediate Level): 1-2 years of experience (required).
• SQL: 1-2 years of experience (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
