- Provides customer focused HR programs, services and consultation to enhance individual, team, management and business performance consistent with company’s values, philosophies, policies and programs.
- Responsible for worldwide employee data management, including setting up new employee records, acquisitions, mass changes handling, maintaining up-to-date employee data, system backend table maintenance, system tasks list processing/implementation, coordinating with Global Compensation team on performing annual salary ranges uploads.
- Providing HR services/support/consultation for Agilent employees/managers during annual rewards cycles, Agilent Result Bonus (ARB)/Individual Performance Bonus (IPB) processing.
- Works on human resources assignments with broadly defined objectives. Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization.
- Bachelors or University Degree or equivalent.
- 2 - 4 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors system plus experience in leading/participating in cross-functional project team is strongly desired.
- A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude and the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong in excel functionalities, preferably advance level
