Overview:
Responsibilities:
  • Provides customer focused HR programs, services and consultation to enhance individual, team, management and business performance consistent with company’s values, philosophies, policies and programs.
  • Responsible for worldwide employee data management, including setting up new employee records, acquisitions, mass changes handling, maintaining up-to-date employee data, system backend table maintenance, system tasks list processing/implementation, coordinating with Global Compensation team on performing annual salary ranges uploads.
  • Providing HR services/support/consultation for Agilent employees/managers during annual rewards cycles, Agilent Result Bonus (ARB)/Individual Performance Bonus (IPB) processing.
  • Works on human resources assignments with broadly defined objectives.
  • Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or University Degree or equivalent.
  • 2 - 4 years relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors system plus experience in leading/participating in cross-functional project team is strongly desired.
  • A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude and the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong in excel functionalities, preferably advance level
