Overview

Main Focus and Challenges

This ideal candidate will be responsible for the operations in both Singapore and Malaysia. He/she will partner with the Account Executives, Customer Service Representative and all relevant parties (including 3PL) to ensure smooth operations within the team. The ideal candidate should possess high management & organisational skills and display good teamwork.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage inventory to ensure continuous support to the customer
  • Responsible for the item master maintenance in the ERP system, including the corresponding vendor details, list prices, BOM etc.
  • Perform system stock adjustment, assembly and/or transfer
  • Responsible for all purchasing related function
  • Responsible for all shipping related function (and negotiation) to ensure timely and economical shipments
  • Generate and analyse all reports as required by the management
  • Manage the 3PL and coordinate all incoming shipments at their site
  • Oversee all order processing and delivery/shipment requirements
  • Responsible to process all credit and debit notes, when necessary
  • Ensure proper verification and sign off on all GR documents (which include factory invoices, freight invoices and cargo clearance permit) and all other invoices
  • Coordinate with factory on all quality related matters

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 2-3 years of related experience
  • Good learning attitude and the willingness to get things done
  • Good team player with good co-ordination skills
