QUALITY CONTROL ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR - AEON FOOD PROCESSING CENTRE (SHAH ALAM )

1. Prepare laboratory sampling plan, laboratory equipment & tools maintenance, operation manual and maintain lab cleanliness

2. To conducts test and shelf life study for each product produce and raw material and report the findings for conclusion

3. To propose corrective action if the result is out specification for shelf life and validation study

4. To schedule appropriate test for parameters cannot be done internally and review the result

5. To update all SOP and CSDS for each chemical use in AFPC

6. Monitoring the chemical stock ordering, storage & usage, monthly maintenance and swab test to evaluate effectiveness

7. To make sure all chemical is readily available and correct usage by staff during application

8. Assist in Sertu/Samak activity when required

9. Conduct internal audit and supplier audit

10. Assist in on-line checking

11. Any other tasks assigned from time to time

12. Assist in staff personal hygiene, cleaning & sanitation

13. Assist in monitoring Halal

Assist in calibration for equipment

Requirement

1. Minimum SPM

2. Have at least 1-2 years of experience in related field.

3. Able to work with minimum Supervision

4. Possess good communication skill with all levels of staffs

WORKING CONDITIONS (EG : COLOUR BLIND, WORK ON PUBLIC HOLIDAY / SHIFT)

1. Able to work on shifts, Weekends and Public Holidays

2. Able to work long hours should the need arises to complete any tasks assigned in the interest of the Company / Business

3. Medically fit without any physical disability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
