Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to identify needs.
- Analyze and document current business processes and workflows.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to enhance efficiency.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the technical team.
- Work with IT and development teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business goals.
- Ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in developing test plans to validate that business requirements are met.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and gather feedback for improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
- Familiarity with business process modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
