  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to identify needs.
  • Analyze and document current business processes and workflows.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the technical team.
  • Work with IT and development teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business goals.
  • Ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in developing test plans to validate that business requirements are met.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and gather feedback for improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
  • Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
