Responsibilities:

2. Product Testing
- Perform basic product testing to identify bugs or inconsistencies in functionality.
- Create simple test cases or follow checklists provided by the team.
3. Documentation Assistance
- Assist in drafting and updating product-related documents, such as user guides, FAQs, or product descriptions.
4. Communication and Coordination
- Coordinate simple follow-ups with internal teams or external stakeholders to clarify requirements or gather inputs.
- Prepare summaries or email drafts for product-related updates.
5. Project Support
- Help with minor project-related tasks, such as organising files, managing resources, or compiling reports.
6. Ideation and Collaboration
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to product improvements or new features.
7. Meeting Support
- Take notes during team meetings and summarise key action points for distribution.
8. Research and Analysis
- Conduct online research on competitors, user behaviour, and industry trends to support product development.
