Production Assistant

Job Summary:

The Production Assistant will support the Department in a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This includes handling outlet orders, updating data entry, issuing invoices, and ensuring that all products meet quality control standards before being sent out to outlets. The role is key in maintaining smooth operations within the jewellery production and retail process.

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare and issue invoices for product orders received from outlets.
• Ensure all details on the invoices are accurate and in line with the company’s pricing and sales policies.
• Input and update product orders and inventory data into the system.
• Track and maintain records of orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Assist in managing the stock and ensuring availability of products based on outlet orders.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before dispatch.
• Inspect items for defects, proper finishing, and ensure they match order specifications.
• Coordinate with the production team for any necessary corrective actions to maintain product quality.
• Coordinate with retail outlets to confirm orders and deliveries.
• Address any inquiries or issues raised by outlets regarding their orders or product quality.
• Assist in filing, documentation, and other administrative tasks related to production and inventory.
• Support the department with any other ad hoc tasks as required by the department head or production manager.

Qualification and Requirements:

• SPM,Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field (preferred).
• Fresh Graduates is welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin speaker is preferable)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong communication skills to liaise with different departments and outlets.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
