Pastry
- Decorate donuts per company standards and instructions laid out by the Pastry Lead
- Follow the production schedule given by the Pastry Lead each day
- Scale and prepare simple toppings per company recipes
- Consolidate containers of glazes, fillings, and toppings at the end of the day
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas including but not limited to tables, shelves, microwaves, mixers, and floors
- Ensure maintenance of equipment and tools used daily and report any malfunctions to the Pastry Lead immediately
- Complete and submit cleaning checklists at designated times
- Other related responsibilities as assigned
Front of House
- POS + Other Applications
- Operate POS register to complete customer transactions.
- Maintaining 100% accuracy when using the POS system and handling money.
- Completing opening and closing checklists, always seeking to set the next shift up for success.
- Mastering the art of knowing your customers - who your regulars are and what they order.
- Assisting customers in a happy, positive, genuine way all of the time to ensure they feel at home.
- Keeping a welcoming attitude; guiding customers through the menu to find something they like.
Quality
- Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu to effectively communicate all ingredients to guests.
- Neatly, and quickly, packing all donut orders.
- Ensure all food on the line meets food safety and quality standards, eliminating cross-contamination on the front line
Inventory
- Helping put away deliveries of boxes, paper goods, and other inventory items as needed when delivered

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
