Pastry

  • Decorate donuts per company standards and instructions laid out by the Pastry Lead
  • Follow the production schedule given by the Pastry Lead each day
  • Scale and prepare simple toppings per company recipes
  • Consolidate containers of glazes, fillings, and toppings at the end of the day
  • Ensure cleanliness of work areas including but not limited to tables, shelves, microwaves, mixers, and floors
  • Ensure maintenance of equipment and tools used daily and report any malfunctions to the Pastry Lead immediately
  • Complete and submit cleaning checklists at designated times
  • Other related responsibilities as assigned

Front of House

  • POS + Other Applications
  • Operate POS register to complete customer transactions.
  • Maintaining 100% accuracy when using the POS system and handling money.
  • Completing opening and closing checklists, always seeking to set the next shift up for success.
  • Mastering the art of knowing your customers - who your regulars are and what they order.
  • Assisting customers in a happy, positive, genuine way all of the time to ensure they feel at home.
  • Keeping a welcoming attitude; guiding customers through the menu to find something they like.

Quality

  • Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu to effectively communicate all ingredients to guests.
  • Neatly, and quickly, packing all donut orders.
  • Ensure all food on the line meets food safety and quality standards, eliminating cross-contamination on the front line

Inventory

  • Helping put away deliveries of boxes, paper goods, and other inventory items as needed when delivered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
