1. Asset Management - Loaners and spare parts

2. Complaint handling and Quality assurance (EtQ)

3. Repair Services adminstration work (Registration, Quotation, PO, Customer handling, Billing etc)

4. Assist in coordinates on the scheduling and make appointment for Field Service(FS) routine job

[including Planned Preventive Maintenance (Ad-hoc, warranty PM and service contract), On-Site Repair,

Testing & Commissioning, Breakdown Call Respond]

5. FS administrative task.(Email correspondence & phone call, filing, documentation required for GDPMD &etc)

6. Respond to customer(internal & external) inquiries to ensure satisfactorily and hence escalate to FS

to follow up accordingly for the breakdown troubleshooting, testing&commissioning &etc.

7. Support FS team to prepare quotation, invoices, service reports and inspection checksheet.

8. Assist FSE to key in Field Service Activity Daily Report, Monthly TAS report,

Customer Complaint Calls log & etc in MS Office Excel.

9. Assist to arrange service agreement for stamping and courier to customer.

Requirement

1. Detail-oriented and the ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and

managing administrative support in timely manner.

2. Good time management, ability to prioritize works to meets the deadlines.

3. Communicate effectively on the telephone and in writing with customer and team members.

4. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

5. Maintain a good & positive and professional attitude in all matters, willing and take initiative to learn,

perform accurately and neatly with a degree of flexibility.

6. Present a mature, professional appearance and behavior.

7. Preferably minimum 1-2 years admin administrative experience (Fresh graduate is welcome)

8. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) & S.A.P system

9. Good interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
