  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are hiring an_ RPO Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for a leading banking client._ This 1-year contract role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in various banking positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with client HR teams and hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals).
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews, providing recommendations.
  • Extend offers and handle negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant banking regulations.
  • Report recruitment progress to client stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recruitment or RPO experience
  • Familiarity with banking roles (e.g., relationship managers, analysts).
  • Strong communication, sourcing, and interview skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS and HR software.
  • Attention to detail and teamwork.

Preferred:

  • Experience in banking-specific recruitment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and diversity practices.
