Role Overview:
We are hiring an_ RPO Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for a leading banking client._ This 1-year contract role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in various banking positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with client HR teams and hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals).
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews, providing recommendations.
- Extend offers and handle negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant banking regulations.
- Report recruitment progress to client stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruitment or RPO experience
- Familiarity with banking roles (e.g., relationship managers, analysts).
- Strong communication, sourcing, and interview skills.
- Proficiency with ATS and HR software.
- Attention to detail and teamwork.
Preferred:
- Experience in banking-specific recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and diversity practices.
