- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and its integration with MM, FI, and PP.
- Proficiency in configuring SAP SD processes, including sales order creation, pricing, delivery, and billing.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA for advanced OTC processes.
- Understanding of ABAP debugging is a plus.
- Functional Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the OTC process lifecycle, including order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
- Experience with credit management, pricing configuration, and customer hierarchies.
- Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking:
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP OTC configuration, implementation, or support.
