Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to senior staff and departments as needed.
- Prepare and manage internal and external reports and presentations.
- Maintain and update files, databases, and records, both paper and digital
- Manage office supplies inventory and order new stock as necessary.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure the office is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Perform any other duties as required by the management or team.
Job Requirements:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in Administration, or any relevant job scope.
- Able to start work immediately
- Can work at Permas Jaya
- Can work 5.5 days (alternate)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel ( Vlookup, etc)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
