Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to senior staff and departments as needed.
  • Prepare and manage internal and external reports and presentations.
  • Maintain and update files, databases, and records, both paper and digital
  • Manage office supplies inventory and order new stock as necessary.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure the office is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
  • Perform any other duties as required by the management or team.

Job Requirements:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in Administration, or any relevant job scope.
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Can work at Permas Jaya
  • Can work 5.5 days (alternate)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel ( Vlookup, etc)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
