We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our client, an International Bank's Human Resources team. The Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for various roles within the bank. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing:
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to source potential candidates.
  • Maintain and grow a talent pipeline for future openings.
  • Screening and Selection:
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and managers.
  • Participate in interviews and provide input on candidate suitability.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on banking industry trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Provide insights into competitive hiring strategies.
  • Reporting and Metrics:
  • Track and report recruitment activities, including time-to-hire, candidate feedback, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and tools (e.g., ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with banking roles and industry-specific hiring practices is an advantage.
