  • Engage in the maintenance of game merchants, assist in the signing of contracts, technical docking and after-sales service after the development of game products;
  • Be familiar with the attributes and game product trends of merchants, and be familiar with all the game products of the company;
  • Communicate with merchants, grasp customer needs in a timely manner, and understand customer status;
  • Regularly analyze and organize merchant files, provide merchant cargo analysis data, and assist merchants in increasing cargo volume as a work principle;
  • Accept merchant complaints, properly solve problems, and submit related projects for optimization;

  • Candidates must possess at least Degree
  • Major in business management and service, good Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin
  • More than 2 years of industry experience, knowledge of game products, or experience as a relevant account manager is preferred;
  • Outgoing personality, strong communication and language skills, strong public relations skills, adaptability and negotiation skills;
  • Good customer service awareness and good teamwork spirit;
  • Good data analysis skills and familiarity with various office software.
