Vacancy for Legal Assistant in Conveyancing Department at PJ MIDTOWN
Job Requirements
1) Qualification: Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in law (LLB) and had been called to the Malaysian Bar
2)Those just called to the Bar are encouraged to apply, on the job training will be provided.
3) Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4) Possess good attitude, willing to learn and take responsibility, good communication skills and able to work as a team.
5) Manage time well and able to meet deadline.
6) Attention to details and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
7) Preferably able to start work immediately, or within short notice.
Job Scope
1) Draft, negotiate, review, comment and advice on various legal documentation in relation to conveyancing and real estate matters (including related financing) and litigation.
2) Work closely with clients, developers, real estate agents, management bodies and financiers.
3) Liaising and coordinating with various local and regulatory authorities including Securities Commission, Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), Inland Revenue Board Malaysia (LHDN), local authorities including DBKL, MPPJ and land offices.
