Responsibilities
You have two crucial benchmarks. One is about developing Denmark's best self-service app(s) in insurance. The second is about making us self-reliant in app development.
We have a fully integrated and very well-functioning team in-house. The team covers design, UX, coding, and testing. As part of the team, you will have good opportunities to influence everything from the choice of technology to culture and the environment to best practices.
Based on development and coding, your primary tasks will be to:

Responsibilities

Based on development and coding, your primary tasks will be to:
- Develop app solutions in ReactNative for both Android and iOS
- Ensure good craftsmanship in the form of solid and maintenance-friendly code with a minimum of cowboy tricks
- Build based on the user experience through collaboration with the team's designers/UXs
- Ensure that the quality is top notch through close collaboration with the team's test specialists
- Continuously pass on all your good knowledge to your less experienced colleagues
- Bring new technologies and opportunities to the table and test them in dialogue with the business
Qualifications
Technical Requirements (Must Have):
- 5+ years of experience with native development on Android and/or iOS – if you have more than that, you are also very welcome
- Experience with React Native or another cross platform framework
- Understanding users, including the ability to translate cool design into durable code – we use Figma
- Experience in animations with the use of Reanimated and similar
- If you know anything about Github Actions, AWS (lambda), Google Firebase and Sentry debugging, that's great, but if not, don't hold back from searching
- Proactive
- Helps and works well with junior team members, contributes to team efforts, and is easy to approach.
- Communicates effectively within and outside the team
- Willingness to invest in your professional development and contribute meaningfully to the team
