Junior Mixologist (5-star hotel)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages to hotel standards.
• Assist in creating innovative drink recipes and seasonal menus.
• Manage daily stock, including fresh garnishes, juices, and perishables.
• Engage with guests, offering recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and hotel SOPs.

Requirements:

• Have knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
• Previous experience in a hotel, bar or F&B setting preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
