  • Handle a full set of accounts and perform month-end reports on time.
  • Maintain the billing system by generating invoices and account statements.
  • Ensure smooth documentation and administration by maintaining proper filing and record systems.
  • Responsible for the payment processing of suppliers/sub-cons invoices, staff claims, and other general expenses.
  • Perform banking errands to bank in cash/& cheques and perform bank transfers at various banks when necessary.
  • Assist in purchasing and calculating construction materials.
  • Assist in preparing monthly project profit and loss reports, cash flow positions, and other ad-hoc reports as and when required.
  • Assist in the annual audit and annual company tax submission.
  • Assist on any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time by the Management.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in accounting or related fields
  • Good negotiation skills with the ability to develop good working relationships
  • Able to handle a full set of accounts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu to communicate & deal with clients
