As an Intern, People & Culture with Troopers, your job responsibilities will be as follow;
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to scheduling interviews
- Be resourceful in sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including online job boards, social media, and university partnerships
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Build a strong employee workplace culture through assisting in the planning and execution of team-building activities, employee recognition programs and other company events
- Support the development and maintenance of People & Culture policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices by staying up to date with local employment laws
- Assist in the communication of People & Culture programs and policies to employees through memo writing or in-person announcements.
- Opportunity to work on compensation and benefits programs, including data entry, analysis and employee communication.
- Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team in various tasks such as document preparation and scheduling.
