Administrative Job Responsibilities:
- Receptionist responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls.
- Process monthly claims for staff and office expenses.
- Manage staff attendance and monitor leave records.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and reorder as necessary.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing typing and copying.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Assist architects with various documentations.
- Coordinate office procedures.
- Respond to general inquiries via email phone or in person.
- Resolve administrative issues effectively.
- Utilize Task basic for work tasks.

However, you’ll have an advantage if you have:
- Experience in office administration

- A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team
