  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to promote motor insurance products and services, highlighting benefits such as coverage options, pricing, and discounts.
  • Present car insurance and tailored products and services in a clear and persuasive manner to boost uptake rate.
  • Assist customer needs and recommend the most suitable coverage options and pricing according to preference requested.
  • Able to handle objections and work to overcome barriers to closing sales.
  • Re-engage leads and provide them with additional information that can help facilitate their decision-making in sales conversions.
  • Accurately enter customer information into CRM systems, update records, and track sales activities.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales goals by converting calls into successful policy sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Answer inbound calls from customers who are seeking quotes or information on motor insurance policies.
  • Possessing up-to-date knowledge of car insurance products, promotions, and industry trends would be a plus.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Outbound Telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role, is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Adaptability and resilience to handle setbacks and customer rejections, with a deep hunger to improve.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
