- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve targets.
