Key Responsibilities:
• Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and derive insights for continuous improvement.
• Campaign Review and Reporting: Review and report on marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations based on performance metrics.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage and optimize CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Customer Experience (CX): Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience across all marketing touchpoints.
• Web Ordering Menu Management: Oversee the management and optimization of the web ordering menu to enhance user experience and drive online sales.
• Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate special marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative responsibilities, including PO requests and invoice submissions.
• Adaptability: Undertake additional marketing tasks and projects as required.
Job Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the local F&B industry.
• Skills:
• Independence and maturity in handling tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive in finding solutions and a strategic thinker.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and curiosity for growth.
• Exceptional leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Basic salary range from RM2,500-RM3,500 based on experience.
