  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

D&O Nutraceutical Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly motivated Food Technologist / Food Chemist to join our team in developing innovative nutritional and functional food products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food chemistry, nutrition, and product formulation, with hands-on experience in the food or nutraceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

Product Development

  • Formulate new nutritional and functional food products (e.g., powders, beverages, and supplements).
  • Research and develop recipes, testing ingredients for taste, texture, and nutritional value.

Ingredient Sourcing & Testing

  • Identify and test raw materials for safety, functionality, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate ingredient suitability.

Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure formulations comply with Halal, ISO 22000, and HACCP standards.
  • Conduct product stability, shelf-life, and sensory testing.

Research & Innovation

  • Stay updated on trends in functional foods and nutraceuticals.
  • Recommend innovative ingredients and processes to improve product quality.

Documentation

  • Maintain detailed records of formulations, testing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for product registration and certifications.
