Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including managing Employment Life Cycle, Compensation & Benefit, Training and Development, Industrial Relations, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, HR administration and etc.
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment activity and process including job posting and conduct orientation to meet the needs of company.
  • Implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs.
  • Execute the performance management.
  • Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
  • Managing the HRDC claim.
  • Handling the employee’s disciplinary issue, grievances, prepare disciplinary letter and related process.
  • Administer and manage employee insurance plans, insurance and SOCSO claim.
  • Support the operations team for employees particular from time to time.
  • Prepare and analyse the HR reports.
  • Upkeep employee personal file.

Pre-requisites:

  • Possess a Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in HR generalist role and able to handle full HR functional role.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft office.
  • Possess strong analytical skill and the ability to think strategically.
  • Proactive working attitude with ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
