Job Description

  • Provide support in terms of opportunity management in SFDC/CPQ.
  • Ensure data accuracy by regularly reviewing and updating records.
  • Prepare and distribute regular sales reports to provide insights into sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence requirements.
  • Review and validate order details before submission to avoid any discrepancies.
  • Track the status of submitted orders and follow up on any issues or delays.
  • Regularly review the sales pipeline to ensure it is up-to-date and reflects the current status of opportunities.
  • Work with sales managers to ensure accurate forecasting by keeping the pipeline clean and realistic.
  • Monitor the progress of committed deals and bookings to ensure they are on track and provide regular updates to sales managers on the status of various sales metrics and targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on proposal/pricing/approvals/delivery/post-sales customer issues

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
