- Research and analyse industry trends to provide clients with insights on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs, organizational culture, and business goals, ensuring tailored solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to junior recruitment consultants, sharing best practices and helping to develop the candidate sourcing and client management skills.
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proficient in full cycle recruiting with a variety of interview techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively to achieve personal and team targets.
