Assistant Restaurant Manager
- The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating restaurant-specific plans for Sales and Profit Growth, Quality and Food, Service, Cleanliness and Condition (FSC) Standards Implementation, and People Targets, in alignment with the country plans. The role collaborates with Support Group, implements applicable programs, and provides feedback and inputs for performance improvement
- Responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant in terms of sales and profitability while maintaining a high standard of Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product Quality and Service rendered to all the guests patronizing our restaurants.
- Also responsible to train and coach all new managers and station crews to provide a high standard of food preparation, service and sanitation according to the Jollibee standards. He is also responsible to ensure the smooth daily operations and availability of sufficient manpower for the restaurant.
