To ensure prompt retrieval of incoming sales orders.
To process timely all incoming sales orders and adhere to order processing guidelines and procedures.
To ensure correct printing of invoices upon confirmation from customer before handing the documents to operations team for onwards action.
To liaise with customers on confirm sales orders and attend to general inquiries.
To coordinate shipments/deliveries by preparing necessary shipping documents.
To support sales & Maintain good relationship with existing customers to ensure full customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Liaise with customers through email, phone, video conference, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings.
Support in enhancement of sales process and SOPs from time to time.
Deliver sales reports according to the business needs.
