  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketer to engage in cold calling and outreach to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, sellers, and merchants. Your primary responsibility will be to promote participation in our latest programs and campaigns, building strong relationships and driving impactful collaborations. If you thrive in communication, persuasion, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to KOLs, influencers, sellers, and merchants to introduce and promote the company’s programs and campaigns.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of participation, addressing inquiries and objections with professionalism and confidence.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential participants, tracking outreach efforts and responses in the company system.
  • Follow up with contacts to secure commitments and ensure successful onboarding and participation.
  • Customize outreach strategies based on the target audience (e.g., KOLs and influencers for collaboration, sellers and merchants for e-commerce campaigns).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with campaign objectives and refine strategies.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience ( at least 2 years ) in telemarketing, sales, or outreach roles (experience with KOLs/influencers or e-commerce sellers/merchants is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer trends, and/or e-commerce operations.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different audience needs.
  • Proficiency in software tools, Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic salary: Up to RM2,800 per month.
  • KPI incentive: Up to RM300 monthly.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
  • Convenient working location near Mid Valley.
