- Responsible for overall procurement of relevant raw & building materials, subcontracting works.
- Source of reliable suppliers & contractors and to ensure project cost within budget and/or to maximise project savings and/or profits
- Conduct cost and service comparisons
- Negotiate favourable terms and conditions with suppliers, striving for cost savings without compromising quality, and shipping terms to streamline operations and control costs.
- Oversee the entire purchasing cycle, including quotation requests, purchase orders, goods receipt management, and supplier billing, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners, actively monitoring performance to drive continuous value and service enhancements
- Support tender team to obtain latest cost from suppliers.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Possess at least Diploma/Degree in Material Management or logistic or relevant field or equivalent or relevant experience or knowledge in Quantity Surveying is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
